Starcare Family and Preventive Medicine was established by Dr. Fran Rose in 1992. We see patients of all ages, ranging from newborns to the elderly. As a primary care provider (PCP), we can provide most services in our office and refer to specialists as needed. We now have shingles, RSV, and COVID vaccines in the office
We can do X-rays and EKGs on-site.
